Abstract submission is OPEN!
We invite all academics, students and professionals working in the DOHaD field to participate in the VI Meeting of the Latin American DOHaD Regional Society (26-28 October, 2026). In this occasion, the event will be held together with the XXVI International Meeting of Medical Sciences (XXVI Reunión Internacional de Ciencias Médicas, XXVI RICM).
This is a unique opportunity to engage with international peers on cutting-edge research and advancements in developmental origins of health and disease.
1. Abstract instructions
Abstracts must contain brand new and/or secondary analysis of data from basic, translational, clinical and/or epidemiological research related to the main thematic axes (see below). All the selected abstracts must be presented in person.

2. Preconception, pregnancy and placenta
3. Programming health during early life: the first 2 years (breastfeeding, growth trajectories, nutrition, neurodevelopment, etc.)

All participation will be in person.
During the abstract submission, you will be asked to select your preference for participation (oral or poster). However, the evaluators will have the option of proposing the mode of presentation according to the quality and novelty of the results presented.
4. Important dates
The abstract submission call will be open from June 1st, 2026, to June 26th, 2026, 11:59 p.m. local time in Mexico.
The notification of abstracts evaluation and the format of presentation (oral communication or poster) will begin on 20th of July, 2026 through an email to the submitting author.
